Erin Morris is the Practice Manager at Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center. She began her career in 2013 as a Surgical Technologist and has held key leadership posts in clinical, administrative and aesthetic areas of the practice until her appointment to the Practice Manager position. In her current role, she is responsible for managing all facets of clinic operations, and at any given moment you will find her performing a variety of tasks from scrubbing vein surgery to interfacing with insurance companies to performing a Coolsculpting treatment. At every opportunity, she is eager to learn new things. She has exceptional communication and organizational skills. Erin feels lucky that she works in a place that enables her to meet patients from all walks of life and count her co-workers as friends. Outside of work, you can find Erin spending time exploring the great outdoors with her husband or playing with her two cats.
Airine Kim is the Chief Marketing Officer at Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center. She oversees the strategic planning, growth and fiscal operations of the practice. She leads all practice marketing activities from traditional to digital and brings significant expertise from work at Cartier, Chloé and Samsung Electronics. The medical field, however, is a new arena and one which she finds highly rewarding. She values every single patient and customer service is her #1 priority. She is very curious and always wants to learn more. Airine is a native of Paris, France and a graduate of Seoul National University where she received a Master in Business Administration on a full academic scholarship. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Korean and French. When she is not working, Airine enjoys hip-hop dance, drawing, and cycling/hiking/hanging with her husband Dr. Kim!
Janis Ritala is the Billing Coordinator at Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center. She is responsible for all aspects of patient billing and claims. Janis has many years’ experience working in the medical field. She first started out as a receptionist and worked her way up to become an expert in medical coding and billing. She is adept at keeping up with insurance companies’ ever changing regulations, but working with patients is a highlight of Janis’s job. Whether it be in person or on the phone, Janis enjoys supporting patients and helping them understand their insurance coverage options.
Kristy Keeves has been an LPN for over 15 years, she graduated from Bates Technical College. She has been dedicated to working in the Assisted Living setting, working as a LPN and then Health Services Director. Playing a key role in that arena by achieving outstanding quality in 2 deficiency free surveys 2 years in a row. She has expanded her nursing focus to outpatient clinic care by joining the team at Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center. In her free time she enjoys cooking, traveling and being outdoors, and an avid animal lover. She is the mother of identical twin daughters, 4 cats and one Russian tortoise.
Tricia is a medical assistant. She started her career in dermatologic surgery working in Mohs microsurgery. She felt it was time to broaden her skills and education which led her to Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center. When she is not working, Tricia enjoy cooking, baking and being outdoors with friends and family. She enjoys spending time with her twin sister and two dogs!
Christina Ancich is the Aesthetic Coordinator at Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center. She is a 3rd generation native of Gig Harbor and has lived there all her life. Christina attended Renon’s Cosmetology School in Seattle and worked as a cosmetologist for over 10 years. She was always interested in the medical field as well and this led her to enroll in medical classes at Tacoma Community College. Christina is now able to combine her love for Aesthetics and Medicine in her role at Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center. Seeing post-treatment results and improvements in the everyday life of her clients brings Christina great joy. Outside of work, Christina loves spending time with her husband, two amazing boys and great friends. Family and friends are very important to Chris and she feels blessed that they make her smile and laugh every day.
Andrea Demieville is the Master Aesthetician at Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center. She has nearly a decade of experience in aesthetics. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Her passion for skin led her to medical aesthetics where she is able to engage her two passions, science and skin, in her everyday job! Andrea is also a graduate of the Gary Manuel Aveda Institute, where she received traditional aesthetic training combined with Ayurvedic approaches for skin wellness. Over the years, she has focused on combining laser modalities with clinical aesthetic treatments for optimal synergy in skin rejuvenation. She is especially interested in understanding the cosmetic chemistry behind cosmeceuticals, helping her navigate the dizzying range of skin care products on the market. She enjoys learning each patient’s unique skin story, providing education and customizing a treatment plan for the best result possible. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys outdoor walks with her husband Greg and adventurous cat Jack.
Jordan Christiaens is the Lead Technical Director at Northwest Vascular Diagnostics and a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Vascular Technology from the Oregon Institute of Technology in Klamath Falls, Oregon. She further completed an externship at Alameda County Medical Center in Oakland, California. Jordan joined Cascade Vascular in 2008 then was part of the original team when Northwest Vein & Aesthetic Center first opened. She has a passion for diagnostic vascular ultrasound and a specific interest in venous disease. In her free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Roxanne is a registered vascular sonographer. She is a native Californian and graduate of the West Coast Ultrasound Institute in Ontario, California. She has since worked and lived all over the country: California, Alaska, North Carolina, and now Washington. She has experience in different types of ultrasound but has special interest in the vascular disease. She finds venous disease to be most rewarding because she can follow her patient’s improvement as they progress to better health. When Roxanne isn’t scanning, you can find her spending time with her family, playing with her dog, being a foodie, exploring the outdoors and all that Washington state has to offer.
Shelbey McGee is a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). She graduated from the Oregon Institute of Technology in June, 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Vascular Technology. She has passion for her work and enjoys talking with patients, hearing how they have been since their last visit, and also getting acquainted with patients who are new to the practice. In her free time Shelbey enjoys gardening, spending time with her family and going on hikes
Alery Broderius is a Registered Vascular Technologist. She received a degree in Vascular Technology from Spokane Community College in Spokane, WA and completed an externship at Kadlec Vascular Surgery Clinic in Richland, WA. Alery enjoys getting to know her patients and following up with them over the course of their treatments. She has a special interest in continuing her education and gaining knowledge about vascular disease in order to provide the best possible care for her patients. In her free time, Alery enjoys visiting family and spending time outdoors with her husband and 2 dogs.
